Association of Surgeons of Uganda - Strategic plan 2022-2026

This five-year strategic plan of the Association of Surgeons of Uganda (ASOU) covers the period of 2022 – 2027. It
defines the strategic direction of ASOU as it morphs into a proficient institution, responsive to the changes in the world today. It also spells out the roadmap to the realisation of our vision while anchoring our activities in the values we profess as being sacrosanct.

The plan will serve as the major strategic instrument through which ASOU seeks to attain its objectives in a more
focused, effective, and results-oriented manner. It will help in coordinating the work of different partners, hence making our efforts more effective.
